TicketHop — Notes & Work Item Recall for Azure DevOps

Last updated: February 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TicketHop Chrome extension and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ruslan Grabar, doing business as ParkBridge.App ("ParkBridge", "we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

TicketHop is a Chrome browser extension that automatically tracks Azure DevOps work items you visit, lets you attach private markdown notes, organize items into custom lists, and optionally sync data across devices with end-to-end encryption. The Service is available as a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features (including Pro sync) require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The free tier provides local-only work item tracking, notes, and basic features at no cost. The Pro plan provides additional features including cross-device sync, custom lists, and passkey authentication for a recurring subscription fee.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each plan at any time. If we remove a material feature from the Pro plan, active subscribers may cancel for a prorated refund of the current billing period.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.

All fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as described in Section 6 or as required by applicable law. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the TicketHop extension or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
  • Encrypted sync data stored on our servers may be permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription ends

Refund requests for the current billing period may be submitted within 14 days of the charge by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except as permitted by applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

14. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Azure DevOps, Stripe, Chrome Web Store). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

15. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
